I recall tarantulas on a stick being...Hi Kimberly,<br /><br />I recall tarantulas on a stick being preferred local fare ;) Lots at the bus stop when I cruised through Siem Reap a few years back. Roasted, toasted, and a fair selection of scorpions too, plus ants a plenty.<br /><br />Fab dishes with ants too. Passed the look test. Have no idea if they passed the taste test ;) Not too adventurous in that regard.<br /><br />Angkor Wat is beautiful. Stunning place. The scale wowed me more than anything else.
